Toning and Chanting for Peace in the Labyrinth in Vancouver’s West End

Join me on Global Peace Day – Saturday September 21 – for an afternoon of toning and chanting in the Labyrinth in the West End of Vancouver.

From 1:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Saturday September 21, I will be leading us in many of the “soundercises” I experienced at Jonathan Goldman’s 2013 Sound Healing Intensive; I’ll be sharing much of the wisdom I learned there; and together we’ll explore the vocal sounds we can make together to create a sonic field of balance and harmony that brings peace and clarity, healing and unity.

Scholar, scientist, and author Gregg Braden – who in The God Code teaches us a way to read our biology as words – says that people numbering the square root of 1% of a locale can bring about peace and harmony within that locale when they intentionally foster love in their own emotional and mental bodies. The population of the West End is around 45,000. The square root of 1% of 45,000 is 21. You can see how easily each of us can have a positive impact on those around us.

As we gather and tone, we will bring peace and harmony to ourselves and others – throughout the West End and even wider.

The Labyrinth is at 1130 Jervis Street, Vancouver, BC (between Davie and Pendrell Streets). Doors will open at 1:15 p.m.
